Robbie Kemp
Vice President of Customer Service
Robbie Kemp serves as vice president of customer service for Entergy Mississippi, LLC. Her career with Entergy spans more than 36 years in customer service and operations. In her current role, she is responsible for driving strategies to improve customer centricity and overseeing customer service for the entire Entergy Mississippi territory. Additionally, she engages in cultivating and maintaining relationships with elected officials, key community constituents, civic organizations and commercial, governmental and industrial business leaders.
Kemp has served in several of the company’s chair and/or coordinator roles to engage employee support and participation internally and externally, including customer service manager, senior customer service specialist, and municipal lighting coordinator.
She is a board member of the Community Foundation for Mississippi, an advisory board member for the Madison County Business League and Foundation, and a graduate of Leadership Jackson. Robbie is a member of New Jerusalem Church, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority Inc., and Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and a master’s degree in organization and management from Capella University.
A lifelong Mississippian, Robbie has two adult daughters.
